Yall Call Wally

Before you become an official club member, let’s talk about disappointment. We never want to disappoint you, but between May 1st and October 1st, we run the risk of disappointing you.

When hot weather hits hard, it’s our duty as an essential service provider to respond to no-cool and no-heat calls as a priority. The last thing we’d want is for at-risk customers to die from heat stroke because we were on a preventative maintenance call.

To limit the chance of disappointment, the very best time to book a preventative maintenance call is sometime other than between May 1st and October 1st. You are important to us.

Your happiness matters to us.

Giving back to our Community

We humbly offer FREE Club Wally Memberships to all active military personnel, Veterans, senior citizens, first responders, and teachers. You have worked hard to protect and defend our country’s future. This is Wally’s way of saying thank you!

We love to welcome new club members.

A friend recommended Waldrop after he had a visit last week. Our A/C was not cooling as well as it should, and the Split “Smart” thermostat was doing crazy things on the first and 2nd
