I spoke with a very personable gentleman named Rob, over the phone, regarding some issues with my AC unit. From the beginning of the call he was friendly, clear, and very informative. Noah S. did a full house inspection of our plumbing and mechanical system. He discovered a few issues and made some recommendations which could help avoid some costly repairs in the future. Noah was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us some very helpful information and tips regarding maintaining our relatively new house . There was no pressure or anxiety tactics involved in our decision making regarding service.

Milton was very kind, friendly, and efficient! He identified which repairs should be prioritized, explained everything thoroughly, and had a detailed quote prepared by the end of the inspection.

Waldrop customer service is wonderful, Rachel was really cool!, she wasable to help me sort out my scheduling issues and answer all my questions about service for my generator.

UPDATE 8/9/26: Waldrop just finished a HUGE job for us - basically they redid the entire HVAC system. Not only did we need the unit itself replaced, but the entire crawl space under the house had to be reinsulated, all ductwork reconfigured/replaced. It was a massive. Kris, our project manager was kind and patient as he walked us through our options and payment plans. Our technicians, Paris and Lorenzo were AWESOME. They were not only knowledgeable and professional, but they were just genuinely nice guys. We enjoyed having them around. I'll miss seeing them! Once again, exceptional service all the way around from Waldrop.

Great service, Robert first came and help identified the problem and what we needed to do, week later Nathan came and installed it. Even Gauge was good in his brief cameo to come help Nathan get coil into our attic

Service was great. Received great info concerning repairs on my A/C unit. Tech was very pleasant, even gave my dog a stuffed Walley! After discussing repairs I decided to go with a more efficient unit. I highly recommend Waldrop for services they offer.

This 5 Star rating is specifically for the technician. Kenny was very professional, friendly and helpful with our plumbing inspection. He arrived on time and completed the inspection in a timely manner. To no fault of Kenny, we had to decline the recommended repairs. The prices set by Waldrop are astronomical and absurd for the repairs that we need!

John was very professional and kind. He explained the process well.

Nick and Jonathan were outstanding. They stayed late worked hard and fixed our geothermal unit with ease. I appreciate their thoroughness and attention to detail.

Kenny was exceptional in his work ethic and performed working hard at it with quality craftsmanship to unclog toilet and find our septic tank.

Ken and Haden were also hard workers with good attitudes and performed well exposing and pumping out septic tank.

Frankie was our technician for our annual inspection. Suggested various options for some work to be done and clearly explained them. He performed the work and detailed exactly what was performed. Very friendly guy and was very happy with his work.

Blake estimated an hour for work and finished in half the time! Enjoyed chatting with him and appreciated learning about the issue and his fixes.

Noah showed up on time, introduced himself, put on his shoe covers and went to work. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing at each step, what he found an any corrective action if any was needed. When he finished he gave me a detailed list of everything checked and what should be fixed to bring it up to a safe and functional standard. He went over cost and payment options and answered all our questions.
I would give him an A++ rating and look forward to working with him should we require his help in the future.

When we got home yesterday, we noticed our ac unit was running at all. We called Waldrop and someone was at our house within two hours. They couldn’t fix it at that time because it required a specialized part, but they came back today and it’s working! Grant was extremely helpful and explained everything well. Gage was awesome. He went through everything wrong or that could possibly go wrong with the a/c unit. He was very knowledgeable any the various parts of the unit, both inside and out. He gave fair options and didnt seem to be just trying to force all kinds of expensive options down my throat. I will Definitely request his service again if using Waldrop.
