Travis came and fixed the problems I had with my a/c unit. He was awesome, and I appreciate it very much.

Woke up this morning 4:30am panicked. Hottest weekend ever is here and our air conditioning stopped blowing cool air. My husband called Waldrop and the sweet kind girl Sunny (not AI… he lucked out and she picked up) was compassionate and kind and helpful. She said she would do her best to get someone out today but repairs may not be until next week. Anthony showed up, kind and caring and very professional (his parents should be so proud). He was honest and up front and treated us like we were longtime friends. He had that thing about him that you could just trust. Even our dogs loved him… He worked and solved the problem and explained our options. THANK YOU ANTHONY FOR EVERYTHING AND FOR TAKING CARE OF US. The world needs a lot more of you! Highly recommend him and his knowledge to all of you. 5 stars to him he truly deserves it.

We had AC go out on a 100 degree day right before our kids birthday. Tanner came right away and saved us and the birthday celebration from the scorching heat. Thank you Tanner and thank you Waldrop!

Peter and Pedro arrived promptly to apply a regulator after a water main leak. In addition, they installed a new water heater, new spigot and repaired a loose toilet. They worked for hours in extreme heat and answered any questions. To top it off, they gave us plush animals for our grandchildren!!

Charles provided outstanding customer service by listening to what services I required, answering any questions, and providing information for Waldrop's program for continued dedication to its customers and the services provided. As an extra bonus, Charles was able to schedule a same day appointment. Thanks Charles and Waldrop 🙂
