We called to get an estimate on a repair needed due to our A/C freezing. We barely hung up with reception before Nick called to tell us he was on his way. It was extremely prompt, and Nick was professional, kind, and truly helpful. He even fetched a Wally stuffie for our 5-year-old while we discussed our options for services. Before he began working, he walked us through every step and taught us a few things to know about HVAC systems as new homeowners. We couldn't be more thankful for his kindness and professionalism. We would welcome him back any time and recommend with no hesitation. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I can recommend them. June17,2026 Today we had a glitch in our air conditioning system. Within one hour Waldrop had an excellent technician, Maxim, here to fix it. He was very thorough, checking the heat pumps, all wiring. Maxim was clear in explaining what might have caused some issues including loose connectors. Everything is working great now. Very grateful to Waldrop for their quick response.

I would like to thank Victor with Waldrop plumbing for coming out to help us. Our whole house fan was making a horrible noise and disturbing us at night. Our house is pretty old so I'm sure this fan was built into the house. Victor also helped remove a broken light bulb in my grandson's room, I was really worried about it being a fire hazard and with my grandson having low vision it really scared me. This is our first time using Waldrop and we are pretty pleased with them so far. Victor does the electrically side and tomorrow we will have our AC cleaned and serviced, we have been here almost 3 years now and we have heard so many good reviews on Waldrop plumbing, we did some calling to other companies and Waldrop had the best prices and services, pretty much all in one company, that my husband and I really liked. And yes we got the Wally plan, it really helps seniors. To many companies for to many things can get confusing, we like having one for all .So far our experience has been really great! Looking forward to meeting more of the Waldrop crew tomorrow👍🏻 and writing another review. Thank you!

Devan, Noah and Dustin was really great with my problems at 1st thought it was just electrical but Devan found a water leak. And found my electrical problem and Noah and Dustin got the water leak. Thanks to all 3 of the guys.
