Johnathan, was very pleasant to meet today as our First experience with Waldrop Heating and Air Conditioning. He took time to explain the condition of my unit after he finished the inspection along with what needed to be addressed without any pressure added. I’ll definitely be calling Waldrop again when I have any HVAC needs.

Gage came out because our new heat pump needed adjustment. He is a very personable fellow and he brought in his supervisor Dustin due to some complications with the system. They spent a considerable amount of time making adjustments in order to be certain the system was operating correctly. It is now and I am very satisfied. 👍👍👍👍👍

Kerry from Waldrop did a comprehensive plumbing inspection on our newly purchased house in Greenville. He has a very engaging personality and I felt we were in good, capable hands from the start. He spent a lot of time in our crawlspace inspecting the water and waste lines. He made a repair to our shower faucet and didn't charge us extra. He prepared a very professional estimate presentation for the upgrades we are considering and I won't hesitate to contact Waldrop for any of our future plumbing needs.

Also, BJ came to my home to pinpoint a rattling noise in my air ducts. He was great and determined that the grills were ever so slightly misaligned. He fixed the problem and was a pleasure to work with.
