The only company I could get to come out to my home in easley in the pouring rain was waldrop. Craig came prepared with an umbrella and rain coat and saved our night with outstanding customer service I highly recommend Waldrop you get what you pay for very worth it thanks Wally.

Michael C. was very thorough and professional as he was able to find the leak in our kitchen that was caused from a tub. He was friendly and worked hard to clean up before he left. Elijah and Luke did a great job cleaning our AC ducts. They were very thorough and did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. Jason and Dominic did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC unit. They were very careful coming in and out of the house carrying the large equipment. They both worked tirelessly to get the job done. I appreciate how professional and courteous they all were as well.

We had Josh come out after signing up with the Wally club to do a plumbing inspection. He was AMAZING! I have an autistic 5 year old who is in a phase of taking videos of everything, and he followed him around, and Josh was more than patient! After he was done taking his photos, he asked my son to take photos of random things too to feel included. He was also very thorough and professional and offered great pricing plans to help us with the repairs needed! As new homeowners, we are very thankful for his thoroughness and willing to explain things I did not understand. Side note - we are also using Waldrop for HVAC services, and both experiences have been amazing. I love that tbey have financing and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Thanks for the great service, John! John came to trouble shoot a leak from our upstairs bath that was seeping through the ceiling. He diagnosed the root cause and scheduled a repair for a couple days out. He also did a thorough review of our whole house plumbing for other potential issues. John was courteous, professional and efficient. We are very thankful for the service and the comprehensive explanations. Holden and Pedro came this morning to complete the replacement of my drain and overflow. They stress tested it and all looks great. In and out, leak fixed, site cleaned. Thanks, gents!
