Waldrop has taken care of our HVAC since our house was built (2006). We get maintenance twice a year - spring and fall. This year, Kevin suggested the Phenomenal Aire unit. It cleans the air of pollen, dust, VIRUS GERMS, bacteria, etc. It has no replaceable parts and requires no maintenance - just a little dusting periodically! During this period of being home-bound due to the coronavirus, I am so glad we had the Phenomenal Aire installed!

Had the best experience with Waldrop, we will forever be in their debt. Not only the most professional group of men but the most honest, stand by your word company! A friend recommended Waldrop after he had a visit last week. Our A/C was not cooling as well as it should, and the Split "Smart" thermostat was doing crazy things on the first and 2nd floor. Josh of Waldrop came out same afternoon we called and got everything straightened out, and did some extra cleaning on the unit for us (even dug in the mud to improve condensation runoff. He was couteous, knowledgeable and professional. Great guy. Great expderience. Will definitely be using them going forward.

Some people in the business said that I didn’t want Waldrop’s because they were the most expensive. However, of the three I contacted, it was Vince with Waldrop’s who came promptly to the house, did an inspection of the house, took photos, and explained what would be done. I was impressed with his professionalism. Shortly afterwards, the Waldrop team showed up exactly on time, kept us informed on what they were doing, and even cleaned up at the end of each day! Installing something new in an old house isn’t always easy. However, Gary, who was over the crew, made things work! He and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. A short time later when we had an issue, I called Vince, explained the problem. Within a few days, Gary and his associate Kevin were at the house correcting the air flow! Was Waldrop’s worth the money? Sometimes you pay for what you get, and Waldrop’s was definitely worth it! It was a pleasure dealing with them. Hey, Waldrop’s, you need to give these guys a bonus: Vince , Gary, Kevin! They represent your company well.

This is the first time we used Waldrop and we had a great experience start to finish. They installed HVAC system for our bonus room area and from the estimate through installation they were very detail oriented. The project consultant took extensive notes and pictures about the project and what we wanted, and when the Waldrop crew came to install they had all of the pictures and notes in a binder. Nothing was left to chance. The crew worked efficiently and neatly, and cleaned up beautifully. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a contractor who had this high degree of professionalism and organization. I highly recommend their services, and will certainly be using them for all my service needs in the future.

Office called beforehand to confirm and my technician Josh R was actually a few minutes early. He greeted me in a professional manner while donning his shoe covers. He asked me if there were any issues I had noticed recently, and described the interior work he was about to perform. A few minutes later he went outside to complete the exterior service. When he came back inside to install the new filter and put the thermostat through it's paces, he described the checks and service he performed under the house. Both the Waldrop office personnel and Josh R are gracious in accommodating my unique schedule and are a pleasure to work with.

Daniel W did a great job for us today, replacing a water heater. He was prompt, professional, and very thorough. This is the type of service we have come to expect from Waldrop, it is always a pleasure dealing with this company. We reported our problem to the company last night and were called promptly this morning by someone who assessed the situation, then told us we would be called when a professional was on the way. That made it really convenient. Daniel explained our options for replacement water heaters in a thorough and professional manner. He was very pleasant checked the replacement water heater out thoroughly before the job was completed.

Jason & Brent were very courteous, always kept us informed and you hardly knew they were around. They made sure that each day everything was neat and cleaned up. . They were well informed with what the salesman, Jared and I had agreed on. When they had questions they followed my suggestion’s completely. We had a friend over during the four day installation and she was equally impressed by how courteous they were and how well they keep us informed on what was happening. She told her husband she knew who they are going to hire when they need a new furnace or they need to have their furnace repaired. Based on Jason and Brent’s performance, I was eager to sign up for the annual service agreement and I have already called Waldrop for an add-on project.

The Waldrop crew was at my home at the scheduled time. They worked together like a well oiled machine to install a new gas pack heat/air system plus a mini heat/air unit for an area of the house which previously neither heated nor cooled efficiently. They replaced and added ducts underneath the house and insulated those ducts. When the crew finished they made sure we knew how the new thermostats inside the house worked. The team loaded the old heat/air unit onto their vehicle along with old insulation, and all packaging materials from the new system. They were courteous at all times, even letting us know when they took a break for lunch. I highly recommend Waldrop, Inc.

Waldrop have added another very satisfied customer and another local company lost us due to poor communication, wrong diagnosis and seemingly couldn't care less attitude. Josh arrived spot on the time arranged the evening before by courteous office staff and quickly determined the main problem together with other issues that had not been taken care of. We duly signed up for the Platinum Plus protection plan and are very happy to join the lucky people who choose to have Waldrop inc. as their HVAC go to. Yes, the house is back to normal.

Very good experience throughout a difficult process. Charlie was my first contact. He listened as I explained the situation with my AC and told me exactly what he was going to do and what I could expect going forward. Regina contacted me on the schedule and called when the technician was going to be delayed. Josh was the primary Tech. He was efficient in his evaluation, patient with my questions and made sure he addressed my concerns. Very sensitive to how to the cost of repair impacts the customer. One of the most appreciated services I didn't expect was that Josh called for small portable window units for us to use until the parts could received for the job. I am glad I have signed up for maintenance service.

Waldrop has NEVER failed to do an excellent job!!! Not only are the Techs expert in what they do, they are personable, have awesome attitudes and relate well to their customers. The last time our Tech, Josh was here in March to get us ready for summer I was in a hospital bed in our home suffering from a severe back injury. When Josh came back yesterday to get us ready for winter he was quick to ask my husband how I was doing! He remembered! Now, that is customer service with a heart!! Waldrop has always been quick to respond to any unexpected issues with our HVAC and we can't imagine having any other HVAC company take care of us! Thank you Waldrop! Thank you Josh!

The Waldrop crew installed two AC units today with new lines and power circuits. They were very professional and left my house in perfect order. We didn't even have to vacuum up after they left. And the price was right!!! I would highly recommend them.

Had a mini split installed, I've had zero issues with it. It works great. From the start Waldrop took great care of us. I look forward to using their professional team if I need any other work done.

I had the most wonderful opportunity to meet Jeff at the Spartanburg Home and Garden show. He spent a lot of time talking to me about different thermostats and was so patient, answering questions my Mom and I had. When it came time to install, Gavin was great on making sure the guys were on their way to us that day. The installation guys called us to, letting us know. Everyone was so polite and got the job done quickly! We even got a follow up call to make sure we were pleased. I haven't seen outstanding customer service like that in my life! I loved it! I highly recommend Waldrop. I love our new thermostat and loved how easy they made this process!
