Holden, Gavin, and Cassie did a fantastic job replacing my water heater. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Today I had Waldrop Plumbing, Heating & Air complete a major project (26 hrs of labor) for me. They removed an 11 yr old, 80 gal hot water heater and pressure regulator. Then they replaced it with a Rinnai Tankless Hot Water Heater with recirculating pump; installed a pressure regulator underground outside the house to protect the pipes running under the house in the cement slab, as well as the pipes in the house; installed a dedicated circuit breaker and outlet; and scoped my sewer line for peace-of-mind. Did I mention they cleaned-up after themselves, including bagging the excess dirt to take it away!

The entire team of Romo, Cory, Aidan, Cassie and Alex V were courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and answered my questions without hesitation. Alex, the Electrician, stayed until 7 pm on a Friday night to ensure the install was complete.

I would highly recommend them for your Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC needs.

Alex was excellent and very educational. He explained everything exceptionally and clearly. Unfortunately I have to wait to have any of the work completed so hopefully I can have him back when I save up.
