Andrew came out to my home 3 months ago to do a system check on the HVAC. He went over what work needed to be done. I didn't have the finance to get the work done at that time.But I later did and I called him back out to get the work done. He completed the work in a reasonable time and explained everything he had completed. He was very kind and patient. I feel good about the work he did and would recommend Waldrop Heating/Air and plumbing to those looking for a reputable HVAC company.

Same day service!! Called at 10am, cooling again by 2pm. Gage, the tech, explained everything and had pictures and real details about our system. Service fee waived, co-op fee credited against our replacement cost. Planning to meet with a project mgr for a replacement unit. Would definitely recommend

Jaden and Dylan stopped by to do plumbing work for us. They were way faster than I expected! They installed a new water heater, fixed our water pressure issues, added 2 new hose bibs, and they fixed our trap in our sink. As new homeowners, the experience with Waldrop has been nothing but phenomenal. Everyone who has been at the house has been professional, kind, explains every step they are doing, and so patient with my curious little one. Jaden and Dylan were no exception. So thankful for them and the Waldrop team! We have more work coming this week, and it is wonderful how confident I feel with the services after the unexpected hiccups that come with new home ownership. If you're looking for a reputable company that gets the job done fast (and has financing!), I recommend Waldrop 10/10 times!

Hunter Cooke was our HVAC service provider today and he was excellent. So professional and thorough and gave us lots of options to consider without undue pressure. We also Were serve served by project manager Charlie Kind for a possible HVAC project. Again, we could not have had a better experience.
