The tech found the leak and talked with the American tubs tech in California and got parts ordered to be mailed to me. And fixed magnet on cover over motor of different walk-in tub. Very patient. Thanks

My family would like to give a huge shoutout to Travis. He came out twice to work on our brand new AC unit. Eac4eh time it was hot in our home but he was calm and worked through the heat. He informed my parents about everything every step of the way. Thank you again Travis!

I am late in submitting this review, but I wanted to be sure and thank Tyler and Jayden for their work and customer service before the year's end. My elderly parents had an emergency situation with their hot water heater. Waldrop's had a crew at their house the same day. The damage was worsened because my parents missed signs of problems for several weeks. The repair work required multiple followup visits. Tyler came for several of these. He was consistently professional and seemed to genuinely care about helping my parents and making sure the repairs were well done. Jayden was the same way during his visit. Their service involved everything from doing extra cleanup work, to making multiple trips to get correct parts, to working late, to being very kind and patient with fragile and forgetful elderly people. The excellent customer service was in addition to top quality workmanship.I cannot thank them enough. Waldrop's, Tyler and Jayden are fantastic ambassadors for your company

06/08/2026: Anthony came to do the regular maintenance on my HVAC system. He explained what he saw and recommended some proactive attention that would keep everything running smoothly. I can’t believe how quiet the system is after completing his recommendations! Great experience with a knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly professional. 01/19/2026: Romo came for the tankless hot water heater not heating. Turns out, after his troubleshooting, there were a couple of issues he found (error codes, cartridge replacement). He provided the repairs quickly and efficiently. Romo is always professional and very knowledgeable. Glad to have these issues resolved. 11/25/2025: Gavin, Dillon, and Zach arrived on time and went straight to work, replacing kitchen and bathroom faucets, as well as replacing water lines with new stainless steel, braided hardware. This was a proactive approach to old plastic coated lines put in the house when it was built 15 years ago. The work was completed promptly and efficiently, much faster than I anticipated. I finally have good water pressure in my kitchen faucet versus the old one they took out. Thanks to these professionals for an outstanding job! 11/24/2025: Stephan came out today to check plumbing for the winter. Found two small issues in the guest bathroom. I love the proactive approach before there’s a major disaster! While outside, he smelled gas and identified a leak around the regulator. I called the gas company and had the issue fixed before Stephan even left. What a great save!!! Thank you, Stephan, and Waldrop for an excellent job, as always!! Previous review: Our generator was turned off by the power company and I was unable to restart it properly. Scott from Waldrop came out and got it started, got it back online, and even ran tests to make sure it was working properly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Waldrop Heating & Air and Scott Hawkins!

He also showed me prices on issues I had, but at this I had to decline for personal and financial reasons, but will consider calling back for some of the services at a later date.

I chose Waldrop primarily by the character of one their employees that I interact with on my school bus route. While he wasn’t the tech to come out, Craig G. did not disappoint He came out and thoroughly inspected our system. He found some issues that I had him address, and cleaned our unit. Very pleasant to work with. Very easy to talk to about upcoming work and upgrades to the ductwork we should do if the unit ever needs replaced. I feel confident that we are ready for the upcoming cooling season. 10 of 10 😁👍
