When hot weather hits hard, it’s our duty as an essential service provider to respond to no-cool and no-heat calls as a priority. The last thing we’d want is for at-risk customers to die from heat stroke because we were on a preventative maintenance call.

To limit the chance of disappointment, the very best time to book a preventative maintenance call is sometime other than between May 1st and October 1st. You are important to us.

Charles was most helpful explaining an upcoming HVAC appointment and rescheduling. What makes this noteworthy is that Charles was courteous, knowledgeable and spoke clearly. Attributes that are lacking in many other companies’ customer service experience. Kudos to Waldrop for providing a human experience and not BOT Purgatory.

Dakota was our HVAC Technician who offered a number of upgrades on our new system for indoor air quality, surge protector on AC unit, start assist to reduce stress on the compressor & cleaned our coils. We were able with much effort to lift a credit freeze we weren’t aware of & get 6 months no credit financing
