Over the past several weeks, we’ve had the opportunity to celebrate that culture through a variety of events that brought our team together.
Starting the Day Right
One of the ways we love showing appreciation for our team is through small gestures that can make a big impact. Recently, we brought in a local coffee truck to treat our crew to drinks before they headed out for the day.
From iced coffees to specialty drinks, our team enjoyed a little extra boost to start their mornings. It was a simple way to say thank you to the hardworking men and women who serve our customers every day.
At Waldrop, we know that creating a great workplace isn’t always about the big moments, sometimes it’s about taking the time to show our team how much they’re valued.
A Night at the Ballpark
Another highlight was our annual Family Night with the Greenville Drive.
Our team members and their families gathered for an evening of food, baseball, and quality time together. Events like these remind us that Waldrop is more than a workplace: it’s a community. The support our families provide behind the scenes plays a huge role in our success, and we love having opportunities to celebrate with them.
Whether it was cheering on the Drive, sharing a meal, or simply catching up with coworkers outside of the office, the evening was filled with laughter and memories that will last long after the final inning.
Keeping Our Team Cool
As South Carolina temperatures continued to rise, we celebrated Hydration Day by making sure our technicians had plenty of drinks and hydration essentials to help them stay cool in the field.
Our technicians work hard every day in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments. Providing resources to help keep them safe, hydrated, and comfortable during the summer months was just one more way we showed appreciation for the people who take care of our customers year-round.
Taking care of our team isn’t something we focus on only one day a year, it’s part of our commitment to ensuring every member of our crew has the support they need to perform at their best.
More Than a Workplace
