Alex and Tanner from Waldrop did an excellent job working on my HVAC system. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the work was done right. I really appreciate their hard work, attention to detail, and great customer service. Waldrop is fortunate to have technicians like Alex and Tanner on their team. I highly recommend them!

Brandon and Robert got here very quickly, analyzed the problem in a few minutes and were able to explain my options for fixing the system in terms that I could understand. They also gave me information that will let me plan for the future to make sure problems won't show up again.
I will recommend them to my friends when they have HVAC problems.

Hayden & Dan came to fix a septic problem. They got the tank pumped quickly and did some additional diagnostic work so we would know what to do to avoid problems down the line.
They did a great job explaining how the system works & what I need to do maintainance-wise.

Trey & Kathy fixed/replaced the sewer line running out of the house and installed a clear out. Big job!
They arrived exactly on time to begin the job in the morning & worked hard all day to get it done. They cleaned up thoroughly after they had finished the work and gave a good explanation of what they had done. If I need to have plumbing work done in the future, I hope I can get them to do it.
They are both excellent!!!!

10/22 called for hvac not working. Jose was our repairman. He was prompt thorough and professional. Jose inspected the entire system and found several issues and explained everything he did thoroughly. He put together a repair package again with complete explanation…..satisfied customer!

Had a new heat pump installed today and I am so happy. The installer's were Paris and Lorenzo and they were so professional, friendly and helpful with all that I needed to know about the new thermostat. I am so thankful that I picked Waldrop. Charles was most helpful explaining an upcoming HVAC appointment and rescheduling. What makes this noteworthy is that Charles was courteous, knowledgeable and spoke clearly. Attributes that are lacking in many other companies’ customer service experience. Kudos to Waldrop for providing a human experience and not BOT Purgatory.

Dakota was our HVAC Technician who offered a number of upgrades on our new system for indoor air quality, surge protector on AC unit, start assist to reduce stress on the compressor & cleaned our coils. We were able with much effort to lift a credit freeze we weren’t aware of & get 6 months no credit financing

Our technician Michael C. was awesome! He was professional but also very personable. He told us exactly what he was doing and how long it would take and was spot on. Great job !

We were told someone would be out to see us first thing in the morning, and Travis was here right on time! He was very respectful of the house, wearing boot covers, and did an incredibly thorough job assessing our heating/cooling unit. He explained everything to me in a way someone without this specialty could understand, showed me pictures he took, and made sure I knew what needed to be done and what didn’t. Thank you Travis!!

I identified what I wanted to accomplish, Milton took pictures of the overall system, contacted the home office to discuss via FaceTime the project with an expert. Confirmed the approach and provided a quote explaining the installation process, permits, testing and final installation. Excellent customer service providing the quote within 2 hours of contacting Waldrop.

Frankie arrived in a timely manner and examined my A/C system thoroughly. He took photos and then explained problems that he saw needed to be addressed. He suggested surge protectors for my A/C system and installed the one I opted for on the outside unit. Frankie also cleaned & disinfected the drain line and cleaned out the dirt in the A/C unit outside. He was very professional and polite and I will request him in the future.

Double review for Plumbing and HVAC technicians and I hope everyone gets the kudos they deserve!

Plumbing: Ismail initially came out to look at a leak in my ceiling. Turned out to be HVAC but Ismail went above and beyond to see if I had any issues with my plumbing while he was there. He broke everything down for me and what I needed to have done. Zach and some others came out the following day and were super courteous and gave me updates throughout their work! I really appreciate these guys and their kindness.

HVAC — Chad followed up on my HVAC issue that was causing some coil to leak through my attic into my bedroom. Chad was incredibly patient as I was running a little behind to meet him. He was kind, crawled up into my attic to fix the issue, and was in and out within 2 hours or so.

Waldrop was fantastic and I’ll be calling back to get the rest of the housework I need done. Thank you! Sincerely, a single, first time homeowner that appreciates the genuine efforts from the company.

10/19/2026 - Robert came out to look at some leaking near my HVAC and was so helpful! I didn’t quite understand what happened but he explained it really well and made me feel more comfortable about the money spent. I appreciate y’all!

Noah S. Dan & Hayden are the absolute BEST!!!! Noah came and checked my septic tank and told me it needed to be pumped. He answered my many questions with great knowledge about different options available to me. This was on Friday after 4p.m. He quickly called Dan and Hayden to see if they could do one more. Otherwise, I would have been without a bathroom until Monday. The professionalism in which each handled their job was impressive not to mention the kindness shown to a senior adult. They should be labeled the A-TEAM (AND Given a raise!!!!!!!!)

Rachel helped me schedule several appointments, but keeping them spaced apart in a way that fits my schedule, which was no mean feat. I have lots of things scheduled and she was able to help me schedule them all without overwhelming me. (I can't get a new box to leave other reviews in, so I'll just add all 3 people who helped me and all three rate 5 stars). Josh came to the house to look at the bathroom fixture and gave me three options. He was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. I hope he's the one who comes to do the work on the day it is scheduled. Then, Charles came to my aid when I found that I wouldn't be here on the day I had scheduled the work to be done. He quickly found an appropriate date and time, and it was a time that fit my schedule perfectly. Please rate all 3 of these technicians FIVE stars. Thank you. Addition: your two technicians who installed a new sink fixture in our bathroom did an excellent job. They finished in just over an hour and even cleaned the sink! Korey and Cassie deserve 5 stars!

Dakota came out today from Waldrop. I only want him to service my home forever! He has such an incredible goodness that radiates around him that I immediately felt comfortable. Took him 15 minutes to show me the problem and another 30 minutes to fix it! I was so grateful that he had the parts in the truck! He offered the old parts back to me which most services don’t do. He explained clearly what happened and offered additional support from waldrop. Options included good, better and best. Great business and service.

The visit for repair was great. I always appreciate Dakota and his explanation of service. He is always very clear on each step.

Milton made the whole process of replacing and attaching the drain/plumbing quick and easy. He gave me a tons of tips for any future DIY projects, but for future reference I’ll just call him back. He was polite, communicated effectively, and you can tell he has a ton of years of service under his belt.

There was no pressure or anxiety tactics involved in our decision making regarding service.
