I had great (same-day) service from Wally! Our plumber, Zach, was courteous & professional. He fixed the issue I had and also went into the crawlspace & diagnosed a few other issues under the house.

UPDATE 8/9/26: Waldrop just finished a HUGE job for us - basically they redid the entire HVAC system. Not only did we need the unit itself replaced, but the entire crawl space under the house had to be reinsulated, all ductwork reconfigured/replaced. It was a massive. Kris, our project manager was kind and patient as he walked us through our options and payment plans. Our technicians, Paris and Lorenzo were AWESOME. They were not only knowledgeable and professional, but they were just genuinely nice guys. We enjoyed having them around. I'll miss seeing them! Once again, exceptional service all the way around from Waldrop.

Brandon visited today for an inspection. He took his time and was very knowledgeable and able to explain any issues or concerns to me in a way I was able to understand. I look forward to working with this company for my HVAC systems maintenance.

Great service, Robert first came and help identified the problem and what we needed to do, week later Nathan came and installed it. Even Gauge was good in his brief cameo to come help Nathan get coil into our attic

Frankie came out and did our a/c check and then came out again and did all of the cleaning! He was nice and explained everything and he also had photos of everything!

Service was great. Received great info concerning repairs on my A/C unit. Tech was very pleasant, even gave my dog a stuffed Walley! After discussing repairs I decided to go with a more efficient unit. I highly recommend Waldrop for services they offer.

As always, waldrop does excellent work. Maksim, the technician, was great! He was extremely polite and patient and very professional and thorough. He took his time to do a good job and explained everything. I highly recommend him and waldrop.

Milton from Waldrop came out for a complementary plumbing inspection today. He was professional, quick, and honest. I felt no pressure to make an immediate decision regarding if I’d like to have my water heater serviced, but felt that he gave me the necessary education to make an informed decision. Would recommend!
