Jonathan
HVAC Service Technician, Waldrop U Grad
Learning a new trade was intimidating at first, but with the guidance, and hands-on training I received in the Waldrop U program I felt confident and fired up to start my HVAC career with the Waldrop family. I am now working as a maintenance technician and learning something new every day. Waldrop has continued to invest in my personal and professional development as a technician. I know I made the right choice for myself and my family with Waldrop.

I started as a Residential Service Technician at Waldrop 10 years ago. Given the tools and training, I was coached and guided to succeed. I have always enjoyed the culture and love coming to work every day. With Waldrop's growth plan, I know more opportunities are to come.
