Daniel W did a great job for us today, replacing a water heater. He was prompt, professional, and very thorough. This is the type of service we have come to expect from Waldrop, it is always a pleasure dealing with this company. We reported our problem to the company last night and were called promptly this morning by someone who assessed the situation, then told us we would be called when a professional was on the way. That made it really convenient. Daniel explained our options for replacement water heaters in a thorough and professional manner. He was very pleasant checked the replacement water heater out thoroughly before the job was completed.

Jason & Brent were very courteous, always kept us informed and you hardly knew they were around. They made sure that each day everything was neat and cleaned up. . They were well informed with what the salesman, Jared and I had agreed on. When they had questions they followed my suggestion’s completely. We had a friend over during the four day installation and she was equally impressed by how courteous they were and how well they keep us informed on what was happening. She told her husband she knew who they are going to hire when they need a new furnace or they need to have their furnace repaired. Based on Jason and Brent’s performance, I was eager to sign up for the annual service agreement and I have already called Waldrop for an add-on project.

The Waldrop crew was at my home at the scheduled time. They worked together like a well oiled machine to install a new gas pack heat/air system plus a mini heat/air unit for an area of the house which previously neither heated nor cooled efficiently. They replaced and added ducts underneath the house and insulated those ducts. When the crew finished they made sure we knew how the new thermostats inside the house worked. The team loaded the old heat/air unit onto their vehicle along with old insulation, and all packaging materials from the new system. They were courteous at all times, even letting us know when they took a break for lunch. I highly recommend Waldrop, Inc.

Waldrop have added another very satisfied customer and another local company lost us due to poor communication, wrong diagnosis and seemingly couldn’t care less attitude. Josh arrived spot on the time arranged the evening before by courteous office staff and quickly determined the main problem together with other issues that had not been taken care of. We duly signed up for the Platinum Plus protection plan and are very happy to join the lucky people who choose to have Waldrop inc. as their HVAC go to. Yes, the house is back to normal.

Very good experience throughout a difficult process. Charlie was my first contact. He listened as I explained the situation with my AC and told me exactly what he was going to do and what I could expect going forward. Regina contacted me on the schedule and called when the technician was going to be delayed. Josh was the primary Tech. He was efficient in his evaluation, patient with my questions and made sure he addressed my concerns. Very sensitive to how to the cost of repair impacts the customer. One of the most appreciated services I didn’t expect was that Josh called for small portable window units for us to use until the parts could received for the job. I am glad I have signed up for maintenance service.

Waldrop has NEVER failed to do an excellent job!!! Not only are the Techs expert in what they do, they are personable, have awesome attitudes and relate well to their customers. The last time our Tech, Josh was here in March to get us ready for summer I was in a hospital bed in our home suffering from a severe back injury. When Josh came back yesterday to get us ready for winter he was quick to ask my husband how I was doing! He remembered! Now, that is customer service with a heart!! Waldrop has always been quick to respond to any unexpected issues with our HVAC and we can’t imagine having any other HVAC company take care of us! Thank you Waldrop! Thank you Josh!
