Our P3 Platinum option covers all that is included with the P3 Basic option, PLUS the additional items below:
- No standard diagnostic fee, as it is free with repair
- 20% discount on repairs
- Free refrigerant as needed, but excluding R22 systems
- HVAC outdoor coil cleaning
- Two free plumbing drain clearings, but interior and only as needed
- Two toilet re-builds, but interior and only as needed
- Free water pressure verification
- Free camera inspection of the main line as needed
- Flush drain water heater if applicable or necessary
- 2 faucet aerator cleanings
- Anode rod inspection
- The option to add other systems for an additional cost
Our P3 Generator option includes:
- No dispatch fees
- An annual inspection with tune-up
- A free oil/filter change
- An annual air filter change
- A free battery load test
- Annual spark plug replacement
- The option to add liquid cooled units for a small additional cost
We recommend that some tune-ups occur during certain times throughout the year. During our assessment of your system, we will make recommendations for when these services should occur.

Q:When will I receive my first service?
A:Waldrop Inc. will contact you within the first 90 days after you sign up for a P3 and annually thereafter. You will be contacted by phone, email, and/or a reminder card.
Q:What if I move?
A:No worries! We are able to transfer your agreement to your new home as long as it remains in our service area.
Q:What is a dispatch fee?
A:A dispatch fee is the charge associated with sending a technician, who has been background screened, drug tested, and is continuously trained on systems, in a fully stocked truck to your home.
Q:What is a standard diagnostic charge?
A:Our standard diagnostic charge is the cost for the first half hour that the technician is on site at your home and diagnosing the issues you called about.
Q:Are repairs included with my P3 option?
A:Repairs are not part of our Perfect Protection Plans. Our plans are designed to perform the required maintenance recommended by manufacturers to keep your system in top working order. We will make you aware of any items that cause us concern during our visit(s) to your home and allow you the opportunity to decide if you would like to make any repairs at that time.
Q:What are the agreement terms of the P3 options?
A:When you sign up for any of our Perfect Protection Plans, you agree to maintain it for a minimum of 12 months. We will debit your account monthly and your plan will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month agreement. If you decide to cancel the agreement after the first 12 months, just contact us or mail a letter stating that you wish to cancel.
