Waldrop has taken care of our HVAC since our house was built (2006). We get maintenance twice a year – spring and fall. This year, Kevin suggested the Phenomenal Aire unit. It cleans the air of pollen, dust, VIRUS GERMS, bacteria, etc. It has no replaceable parts and requires no maintenance – just a little dusting periodically! During this period of being home-bound due to the coronavirus, I am so glad we had the Phenomenal Aire installed!

Had the best experience with Waldrop, we will forever be in their debt. Not only the most professional group of men but the most honest, stand by your word company! I would recommend Waldrop to any and all of my family and friends. A friend recommended Waldrop after he had a visit last week. Our A/C was not cooling as well as it should, and the Split “Smart” thermostat was doing crazy things on the first and 2nd floor. Josh of Waldrop came out same afternoon we called and got everything straightened out, and did some extra cleaning on the unit for us (even dug in the mud to improve condensation runoff. He was couteous, knowledgeable and professional. Great guy. Great expderience. Will definitely be using them going forward.

Some people in the business said that I didn’t want Waldrop’s because they were the most expensive. However, of the three I contacted, it was Vince with Waldrop’s who came promptly to the house, did an inspection of the house, took photos, and explained what would be done. I was impressed with his professionalism. Shortly afterwards, the Waldrop team showed up exactly on time, kept us informed on what they were doing, and even cleaned up at the end of each day! Installing something new in an old house isn’t always easy. However, Gary, who was over the crew, made things work! He and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. A short time later when we had an issue, I called Vince, explained the problem. Within a few days, Gary and his associate Kevin were at the house correcting the air flow! Was Waldrop’s worth the money? Sometimes you pay for what you get, and Waldrop’s was definitely worth it! It was a pleasure dealing with them. Hey, Waldrop’s, you need to give these guys a bonus: Vince , Gary, Kevin! They represent your company well.

This is the first time we used Waldrop and we had a great experience start to finish. They installed HVAC system for our bonus room area and from the estimate through installation they were very detail oriented. The project consultant took extensive notes and pictures about the project and what we wanted, and when the Waldrop crew came to install they had all of the pictures and notes in a binder. Nothing was left to chance. The crew worked efficiently and neatly, and cleaned up beautifully. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a contractor who had this high degree of professionalism and organization. I highly recommend their services, and will certainly be using them for all my service needs in the future.

Office called beforehand to confirm and my technician Josh R was actually a few minutes early. He greeted me in a professional manner while donning his shoe covers. He asked me if there were any issues I had noticed recently, and described the interior work he was about to perform. A few minutes later he went outside to complete the exterior service. When he came back inside to install the new filter and put the thermostat through it’s paces, he described the checks and service he performed under the house. Both the Waldrop office personnel and Josh R are gracious in accommodating my unique schedule and are a pleasure to work with.
