What Is The Smart Wally Membership?
Members of our Smart Wally Plan receive 24/7 monitoring of their AC, heating, and plumbing systems. Hardware and installation are included. You’ll get 3 sensors per unit so your home systems are fully monitored (additional sensors can be purchased), and will receive priority service if any issues are detected. This not only improves comfort, reliability, and efficiency but also avoids the inconvenience of emergency repair visits.

- Drain clearings are excluded if there is not a ground-level accessible clean-out.
- Any recommended repairs while performing maintenance visits are excluded.
- Plumbing & HVAC system(s) must be operational to perform maintenance.
- Water heater flushes are not included in the program benefits
- Emergency Services are defined as: No cooling, no heating, no water, or flooding.
- Anode rods for tank-type water heaters are not included.
- Supply/changes of air filters are not included in the program benefits.
- Loyalty Credits: No cash value. Applicable to Equipment purchase only.
- Benefits are active once monitors are installed & operational
- Not applicable on previous purchases or subscription fees. Void upon cancellation.
- All subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled by customer.
- Minimum 24-month subscription. $120 early cancellation fee per system.
